Further info about the book
A number of recognised, international play experts with more than 60 years of experience have worked on this book.
What has emerged is a practical power packet of 100 new or little known games which guarantee plenty of fun using very little equipment for tackling problems, getting to know one another, having a good time, winding down, for intervals and for finishing off.
But what do teachers, play leaders and parents need to imitate games, to convey them and to motivate players? This question is answered in the special section entitled: “Leading games effectively“. Additional suggestions for games complement the practical tips.
The concise, clear tips and concepts have been successfully tested and developed over several decades by the authors themselves. “Bewegte Spiele für die Gruppe“ (Active games for Groups) is a book for both beginners and professionals who are not interested in getting themselves moving but want to get others moving and put others in the limelight through play.
